Aug. 2025: change VAT rate effective Jan. 1, 2026

As of Jan. 1, the government is changing the VAT rate for lodging from 9% to 21%.

This means we have to adjust our prices.

We feel it is important to share this with you in advance so that you are not surprised. Of course, we remain committed to offering you a warm stay at Lyts Paradys.

Rates & Conditions

  • The B&B rooms can be booked from 2 nights
  • The apartment "The Front House" can be booked from 3 nights.
  • Prices are in Euros based on use by two people and include tourist tax, cleaning fee.
  • A third and fourth person (12 years or older) can stay in the Forest View room for 45 euros per person per night.

Guest room 'The Hayloft' per night €140,-

Guest room 'Forest View' per night €140.

Guest room 'Het Gebint' per night €127,50.

 

B&B rooms include breakfast

Booking conditions

  • Arrival is between 16:00 and 20:00. If you would like to arrive at a different time, this can be arranged.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • We do not consider our accommodation suitable for young children.
  • Payments can only be made by bank transfer or on arrival, in cash or with a QR code.

Cancellation policy

  • If cancelled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, the entire deposit will be refunded.
  • If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, half of the deposit will be refunded.
  • If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, there will be no refund of the deposit.
