Who are we?
We are Chris & Anke Both. For years, we both enjoyed working as employees, but we always had that one shared dream: to build our own place where peace, hospitality, and outdoor living come together.
From dream to reality
In 2017, we decided to change course.
We are embarking on a new adventure to realize our dream: living and working in our own "Lyts Paradys."
We found a beautiful "old" farmhouse in Boijl, on the border of Friesland and Drenthe, and have completely renovated it with great care.
Now, several years later, we enjoy working together every day to offer our guests an unforgettable stay.
The fact that our passion has been rewarded with a nomination for Best B&B in the Netherlands 2025 is the ultimate confirmation for us that we made the right choice.
Together, we love sharing our passion for the farm and this area with our guests. We hope you will enjoy the peace and nature here as much as we do every day.

Upon arrival, you will most likely be welcomed by Chris. As your designated contact person, he will give you a warm welcome, show you around the B&B and the beautiful surroundings of the Drents Friese Wold, and be available to answer any questions you may have.
Behind the scenes: Anke
Anke works behind the scenes to ensure that you have everything you need. With an eye for detail, she and Chris take care of the spotless rooms and help prepare the extensive breakfast, so you can start the day full of energy.
In addition, you can visit her at her own massage practice on the farm for a moment of pure relaxation.
